Yes — including them in a PDF brand guide or presentation you hand off to a client is fully permitted. The client may not redistribute or resell the files themselves, but using them as part of delivered brand materials is fine.
Each branding pack contains high-resolution JPG files (300 dpi) optimised for both digital and print use. Some packs also include a PDF overview. The exact contents are listed in the 'What's Included' section above.
