1. License Grant
Upon purchasing a product from Studio Nør, you (the "Licensee") are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the purchased digital assets (fonts, templates, visual packs, or other downloadable files — collectively "the Product") for both personal and commercial purposes, subject to the conditions set out in this agreement. This license is granted to a single individual (one seat). The license does not transfer ownership of the Product to you; Studio Nør retains full intellectual property rights at all times.
2. Permitted Uses
The following uses are explicitly permitted under this license: • Personal design projects, mood boards, and creative exploration. • Commercial projects for yourself or your clients, including branding, advertising, editorial design, print, packaging, social media content, websites, and digital publications. • Embedding fonts in PDF documents distributed to end users, provided the PDF is not editable and does not allow extraction of the font files. • Use of templates and visuals as design elements in deliverables handed over to clients. Clients may use the final deliverable, but may not extract, reuse, or redistribute the raw Product files. • Digital advertising (social media ads, display banners, email campaigns). • Broadcast and film use, provided credits or licensing are not required beyond this agreement.
3. Prohibited Uses
The following uses are strictly prohibited without a separate written license from Studio Nør: • Reselling, sublicensing, renting, lending, or transferring the Product or any part thereof to a third party. • Distributing the Product — whether free of charge or for a fee — via download links, file-sharing platforms, cloud storage, or any other method. • Using the Product as part of another product or template that is itself sold, given away, or distributed (e.g., packaging the font in a design template kit sold on marketplaces). • Modifying and redistributing the Product in a form that could serve as a substitute for the original. • Using Studio Nør's name, logo, or branding to imply endorsement or affiliation without prior written consent. • Use by multiple designers or team members under a single license. Each individual user requires their own license.
4. Multi-Seat & Agency Licensing
The standard license covers one (1) individual user. If multiple designers within the same organisation, studio, or agency intend to use the Product, a multi-seat license must be obtained. Please contact Studio Nør at vaartincommunicatie@gmail.com to inquire about team or agency licensing. Multi-seat licenses are priced based on the number of users and the scope of intended use. Organisations found to be using the Product across multiple users under a single-seat license may be subject to invoice for the appropriate number of seats.
5. Digital Delivery & Access
All products are delivered digitally via a secure download link provided immediately after confirmed payment. Studio Nør does not ship physical goods. • Download links are valid for a limited period after purchase. It is the Licensee's responsibility to download and store the files promptly. • Studio Nør is not responsible for loss of downloaded files due to device failure, accidental deletion, or other circumstances beyond our control. • In the event of technical issues preventing download, please contact vaartincommunicatie@gmail.com with your order confirmation and we will provide a replacement link.
6. Refund Policy
Because all products are digital downloads that are made available immediately upon purchase, Studio Nør does not offer refunds once the download link has been accessed or the files have been downloaded. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchased files, please contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Refunds may be granted at Studio Nør's sole discretion in cases where the Product is defective or materially different from its description.
7. Intellectual Property
All products offered by Studio Nør — including but not limited to fonts, templates, photographic visuals, and graphic assets — are the exclusive intellectual property of Studio Nør and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Nothing in this license transfers copyright or any other proprietary rights in the Product to the Licensee. You acquire only the right to use the Product as described herein. Any unauthorised reproduction, modification, or distribution of the Product constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Product is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Studio Nør does not warrant that the Product will be error-free or compatible with all software applications. In no event shall Studio Nør be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Governing Law
This license agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or related to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands. If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
10. Amendments
Studio Nør reserves the right to update or modify these license terms at any time. The version of the license in effect at the time of your purchase governs your use of that Product.
